Privacy notice for complaints, appeals and conciliation procedures 

Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the Protection of Personal Data (GDPR), doNext, as Data Controller, informs you that the personal data you provide (name, surname, email address, tax code, and optionally, phone number and/or any information you choose to share with us in the “Notes” section) will be processed solely for the purpose of managing the complaint, appeal, or conciliation request you have submitted.

Providing your data is optional; however, failure to provide the mandatory data may prevent us from processing your request.

Your data will be stored with appropriate security measures and may be accessed by authorized personnel of doNext within the departments responsible for handling your request, as well as by third-party companies engaged by the Data Controller to carry out activities instrumental to the aforementioned purpose. The data will be processed using electronic systems and communication tools, in ways and with logic consistent with the stated purposes, and will be retained for the time necessary to achieve those purposes, or for any additional periods permitted by law.

If third parties are involved in the management, they will be bound to comply with appropriate confidentiality and data protection standards.

At any time, you may exercise the rights granted to you under the GDPR, including the right to access, rectify, restrict, delete, or transfer the data you have provided, by contacting the Data Protection Officer of the doValue Group at the following address:
