In compliance with the regulatory provisions introduced with the entry into force—on January 10, 2024—of Article 3 of Legislative Decree No. 207 dated December 7, 2023, which amends Article 118-bis of Legislative Decree No. 385/1993 (the so-called “Consolidated Banking Act” or “TUB”), doNext S.p.A. has adopted the following Benchmark Replacement Plans, which outline the actions to be taken in the event of the cessation or material change of the benchmark indices* contractually provided for the determination of interest rates.

* doNext S.p.A. continuously identifies events that determine: 

  • the “Cessation of benchmark indices”, meaning the permanent discontinuation of the publication or determination of the benchmark by its Administrator;
     
  • the “Material variation of the benchmark index”, understood as a significant modification of the methodology used for calculating or determining the index, excluding purely quantitative changes resulting from the natural fluctuation of the benchmark itself.
