Bond issuance
In August 2020, doValue has successfully completed the issuance of €265 million senior secured notes (coupon equal to 5.00% per annum, maturity 2025).
In July 2021, doValue has successfully completed the issuance of €300 million senior secured notes (coupon equal to 3.375% per annum, maturity 2026).
Both the notes have been admitted to listing on the Euro MTF market organized and managed by the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
