Other Value Added Services

We provide for Bank and Investor clients, an array of value-added services complementary to the Group's Servicing activities, mostly represented by:

due diligence services, primarily supporting investors in evaluating loan portfolios
data quality and data enrichment services
master servicing related to the structuring of securitization transactions
legal support services connected with in-court recovery processes
co-investment activities in loan securitizations mainly in partnership with the Group’s clients where such activities are instrumental in obtaining exclusive Service Level Agreements, together with the Group’s data services, “Value Added Services”.
