Acquisitions
The growth path of the doValue Group has been characterized by the combination of organic development and acquisitions. The latter have accelerated the geographical and product diversification of the Group.
The main transactions since IPO are:
- The acquisition of Altamira Asset Management, now doValue Spain, completed in 2019. The company is one of the main servicers active in Spain (also present in Portugal and Cyprus). The acquisition represented for doValue the entry point in the broader Southern European servicing market.
- The acquisition of Eurobank-FPS, now doValue Greece, completed in 2020. The company is the main servicer in Greece. The acquisition allowed doValue to become the leader in the Hellenic market.
- The acquisition of Gardant S.p.A. completed in november 2024. The company is active in Italy in credit management and financial services. The transaction consolidates doValue’s leadership in Italy, strenghthens its partnership with banks and investors and diversifying product offerings, particularly through attractive UTP contracts and capabilities as well as an asset management business.
- The signing in July 2025 of a binding agreement for the acquisition of coeo Group GmbH. coeo specializes in managing non-bank originated receivables using artificial intelligence. coeo will play a key role in accelerating doValue’s ongoing diversification strategy, aimed at expanding into new market segments, clients, and geographies with strong long-term growth prospects.
