Manuela Franchi

Manuela Franchi graduated with honors in Economics from Bocconi University in Milan and completed a Master's at Erasmus University in Rotterdam.
She has over 20 years of experience in financial services, with a solid background in investment banking firms such as Goldman Sachs and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. At these firms, she served as Vice President in the Telecom, Media & Technology team in London and held various positions in the Rome division, including Vice President, Director, and Managing Director.
In 2016, she joined doValue Group as Head of M&A and CFO, structuring all of doValue's M&A transactions and successfully leading the IPO process. She has been a board member of Autogrill SpA and Trevi Finanziaria SpA and Chairman of the Controls, Risks and Sustainability Committee. Since 2020, she has been General Manager of doValue.
From April 29 to August 2, 2023, she has been appointed as Acting Group CEO, a role confirmed on August 3 by unanimous decision of the Board of Directors.
She is currently also the CEO of doNext and the Group for the 2024-2027 term, appointed by the Assembly on April 26, 2024.
Rodolfo Diotallevi

Rodolfo Diotallevi graduated from King’s College, University of London.
He has over 25 years of experience in fintech, financial services and capital markets. As a former Managing Director at Nomura, he gained knowledge of banks' needs in risk allocation, management, and funding strategies. Specializing in distressed and illiquid assets within financial services, he has established himself as a proficient professional in the Non-Performing Exposure (NPE) segment. He served as Chief Business Officer and Executive Director at NPL Markets, playing a key role in building an innovative credit platform providing technological solutions for banks, asset managers, and servicers across Europe and Latin America for managing, evaluating, analyzing, reporting and trading non-performing and performing assets. In this role, he oversaw all commercial operations, client relationships and product development, focusing on strategic planning, performance analysis and driving growth and profitability.
He currently holds the position of Group Chief Business Development Officer at doValue Group.
Theodore Kalantonis

Theodore Kalantonis holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens and a Master in Business Administration from Manchester Business School.
From 2000 to 2013, he was CEO and head of consumer lending at Eurobank Cards S.A. after over a year as Executive General Manager responsible for performing & non-performing retail banking loans, digital banking, and international retail at Alpha Bank S.A., he joined Eurobank Ergasias S.A. as head of retail banking. From 2016 to 2020, he served as Deputy CEO and Executive Board Member of Eurobank Ergasias S.A.
He joined doValue Group in 2020 as Executive Chairman of doValue Greece and Region Manager for Greece and Cyprus.
He is currently the Chief of Group NPE & Real Estate at doValue.
Anastasio Panoussis

Anastasios Panoussis has an MBA from ALBA Business School, a degree in Information Technology from the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB), and graduated from the INSEAD Leadership Program.
He has over 29 years of experience in banking and NPL management. He began his career in 1994 at ABN AMRO BANK and in 1998 took on various managerial positions at AMERICAN EXPRESS BANK. In 2001, he joined the National Bank of Greece (NBG) as head of International Retail Banking, responsible for retail banking activities in six Southeastern European countries.
In 2006, he joined Eurobank Group and held numerous senior positions over 14 years, including General Manager - Head of Consumer Lending and Individual Banking. Later he became General Manager of Retail NPLs and CEO of Eurobank FPS and a member of the Bank's Executive Committee (ExBo) from 2015 to 2020. Following the carve out of Eurobank FPS to doValue Italy in 2020, he assumed the role of CEO of doValue Greece.
He is currently the CEO of doValue Greece Loan Management Company and Vice President of the Hellenic Loan Servicers Association.
Mariano Chemes

Mariano Chemes holds a degree in Public Accounting and a Master's in Corporate Finance from CEMA, Buenos Aires.
He has over 25 years of experience in consumer banking, NPL management and real estate. He began his career at Citibank in 1995, holding various positions, including Consumer Finance Director from December 2013 to January 2016. In March 2016, he became Portfolio Director at Anticipa Real Estate and later Managing Partner at UNCHARTED ASSET MANAGEMENT SL from May 2017 to June 2019. From July 2019, he served as Chief Operating Officer at Altamira Asset Management and later as Chief NPLs Officer until November 2022.
He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of doValue Spain, a position he joins since November 2023.
Varnavas Kourounas

Varnavas Kourounas holds a degree in Management and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University.
He began his professional career in banking within various executive positions, accumulating over 20 years of experience focusing on Distressed Asset Management. In 1999, he worked as Recovery Manager for Pancyprian Finance Corporation Ltd. From 2001 to 2014 he assumed the role of General Manager for Periferiaki Coop Nicosia Ltd and in 2015, he became Director of the NPL & REO division for Cyprus Cooperative Bank Ltd.
He joined doValue Group in 2018 as CEO of doValue Cyprus, position that currently occupies.
Sara Elisabetta Paoni

Sara Elisabetta Paoni graduated in Law at University of Milan.
From 2000 to 2015, she worked with various law firms, including Clifford Chance, Grimaldi e Associati, Gianni & Origoni, and Cappelli & Partners, serving as M&A Counsel. From 2015 to 2016, she joined the position of Head of the legal support unit for NPL management at Unicredit.
She moved to doValue Group in 2016, where from 2023 to April 2024, she was responsible for the Country Italy perimeter.
Currently she leads the General Counsel role and belongs to the Board of doNext.
George Kalogeropoulos

George Kalogeropoulos was graduated in BSc Management and Systems at the City University of London and holds various executive education certifications.
He has held several senior roles in the two out of the four Greek systemic banks, including Head of Business Process Management in the Retail Collection Division at Alpha Bank and various positions at Eurobank, such as Head of PMO & Business Improvement Sector. He also worked for two S&P 500 companies as Senior Project Manager at FIS and Senior Account Delivery Executive at Microsoft. He has led large-scale transformation programs in Greece, Europe, Southern Europe, and the GCC region, introducing new technology adoption.
He joined doValue Group in 2020, where he currently serves as Group Chief Operating Officer.
Yolanda Huerga Santiago

Yolanda Huerga Santiago graduated with honors in Law at University of Salamanca and holds a Master's in Business Law from IE and a Master in Business Administration from ESADE.
She is a global HR professional with more than 20 years of experience in both national and international markets in sectors such as Consumer (Retail, Pharma and Online Channels) and Healthcare at Philips. Previously, she worked in the banking sector at Citibank Spain and UK, holding various senior HR roles.
She joined doValue Group in 2016 as HR Director for Altamira Spain, Portugal, and Cyprus. After doValue's acquisition in 2020, she assumed the role of Group Chief People Officer, supporting all countries where doValue operates.
Since 2024, she leads the Group Chief People, Communication & Sustainability Officer role.
Davide Soffietti

Davide Soffietti holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Naples Federico II and a Master in Business Administration from SDOA.
He has over 20 years of experience leading various financial areas, from corporate finance to strategic finance, as well as managing NPE portfolios. From 2006 to 2013, he served as CFO of Società Italiana Gestione Crediti S.p.A. (SIGC) and later joined Italfondiario (now doNext – doValue Group) as a Portfolio Analyst, focusing on NPL portfolio acquisitions. He was then appointed Head of Planning and Control at doValue, with the main goals of creating a structured department ready to handle the Group's new complexities and IPO.
In parallel to his appointment as Country Italy CFO in 2021 and Group CFO in 2023, he is also leading the Financial Reporting Officer (Dirigente Preposto) role.
Currently he is the Chief Group Finance Officer at doValue.
Daniele Della Seta

Daniele Della Seta graduated with honors in Economics from Luiss Guido Carli University, in Rome.
He began his career as a consultant at Accenture in 2004. From 2006 to 2015, he progressed from an analyst to a senior manager at Imi Fondi Chiusi SGR, a private equity firm of Intesa Sanpaolo Group, specializing in majority and minority investments in Italian SMEs. In 2016, he assumed the role of Head of Investments at LVenture in Rome, applying his M&A expertise to venture capital transactions. Between 2016 and 2019, he held various positions within Poste Italiane Group, including Senior Manager for Alternative Investments at Poste Vita and Senior M&A Specialist at Poste Italiane.
In 2019, he joined doValue Group as Head of M&A and since 2023, he has also served as Head of Strategic Finance and Investor Relations at doValue Group
