Daniele Della Seta graduated cum laude with a degree in Economics from Luiss Guido Carli University in Rome. He began his career as a consultant for Accenture in 2004. From 2006 to 2015, Daniele progressed from an analyst to senior manager at Imi Fondi Chiusi SGR, a private equity firm within the Intesa Sanpaolo Group, specializing in both majority and minority investments in Italian SMEs. In 2016, he assumed the role of Investment Director at LVenture in Rome, applying his M&A expertise to venture capital transactions.

Between 2016 and 2019, he held various positions within the Poste Italiane Group, including Senior Manager for Alternative Investments at Poste Vita and Senior Specialist for M&A at Poste Italiane.

In 2019, Daniele joined the doValue Group as the M&A lead, overseeing the acquisition of doValue Greece and managing the subsequent financial structuring, which included the issuance of two senior secured notes.

Since 2023, he has also been appointed as responsible for Strategic Finance and Investor Relations at doValue Group.
