Manuela Franchi graduated with honors in Economics from Bocconi University in Milan and earned a master’s degree from Erasmus Universiteit in Rotterdam.

She has over 20 years of experience in financial services with a strong background in investment banking at firms such as Goldman Sachs and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where she served as Managing Director in the Telecommunications and Infrastructure sector across the London, Milan, and Rome offices.

In 2016, she joined the doValue Group as Head of M&A and CFO, overseeing all M&A transactions and successfully leading the company’s IPO process.
From 2018 to 2023, she served as Chief Financial Officer, and since 2020, she has held the role of Managing Director of doValue.

In April 2023, she was appointed Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the Group, as well as CEO of doNext.

She has served as a board member of Autogrill SpA and Trevi Finanziaria SpA, and as Chair of the Controls, Risks, and Sustainability Committee.

She is currently the Group CEO for the 2024–2027 term, appointed by the Shareholders’ Meeting on April 26, 2024.
