Conference: "Towards a new Corporate Crisis Law"

A Conference entitled "Towards a new Corporate Crisis Law" and organised by doBank and the University of Macerata will be held on April 22nd in the Great Hall of the aforesaid University of Macerata.

doBank will be represented by Simone Corso, Manager of Juridical Solutions, who will deliver an address on the subject of Review of the Bankruptcy Law regarding real estate foreclosures and, in particular, on "Corporate Crisis: The Bank Observatory and tools and solutions for the valuation of assets for the purpose of bankruptcy proceedings".

We will publish the event brochure as soon as it becomes available and likewise the Conference Minutes after the event.
