UNI ISO 37001:16 certification
doValue received the UNI ISO 37001:16 certification, the first international standard for Anti-corruption Managemen System.
The UNI ISO 37001 standard, created to offer companies and organizations advanced management standards and effective measures to prevent and address corruption, promotes the spread of a cultute of integrity, transparency and compliance.
The adherence to this standard contributes to strengthen the ways in which doValue promotes policies consistent with laws and standards of legality for the prevention of corruption and transparency in business relations, both nationally and internationally, where the Group operates.
The achievement of the Certification testifies to the constant attention and commitment of doValue in preventing all forms of corruption and represents the goal of a project that included the revision of the Anticorruption Framework of the doValue Group and the introduction of the Management System for the prevention of corruption in order to meet the mandatory requirements of ISO 37001:16.
The adoption of a management system compliant with the UNI ISO 37001 certification increases the effectiveness of the tools to combat corruption and integrates with corporate systems, including the Organization Model, Management and Control pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01.
The Certification has been issued to doValue by Bureau Veritas, one of the most important international players in the market, in the field: Credit and real estate asset management services mainly deriving from Non Performing Loans ("Servicing") and ancillary and instrumental services.
Thanks to its 37001:16 certification, doValue strengthens its Anti-corruption management system and achieves an important objective within the Group’s ESG strategy.
