The doValue Group together with Save the Children

From 2016 to 2021 the doValue Group has exclusively supported the Spazio Mamme project of Save the Children, in the Torre Maura district of Rome, with the aim to improve the living conditions of mothers and children who live in situations of social disadvantage and deprivation and to fight educational poverty and preventing child poverty.

Thanks to the contribution of the doValue Group and to the work done by the Association have been achieved important results and the and the funds raised have helped to improve the living conditions of many mothers and: since 2016 the Mother’s Support Centre of Save the Children was able to accomodate more than 4,000 beneficiaries of which adults and minors.

In 2022 has chosen to continue its partnership with Save the Children by supporting the “Punti Luce” project to help children and teenagers living in economic poverty. The Group has also supported Save the Children for projects assisting the populations struck by the war in Ukraine. During the first 100 days of the conflict, Save the Children saved and assisted over 220,000 people of whom 122,000 children in Ukraine and in the rest of Europe by distributing food, money, essential goods, blankets, clothes, wood, fuel and hygiene kits.

The support for Save the Children in these years represents doValue’s constant commitment to support the social development of the territory and the communities of reference, developing initiatives that involve Stakeholders and contribute to generating long-term sustainable value.
