Charter of values
doValue has defined the principles of the Charter of Values which together with the Group Code of Ethics aims to promote a business management model characterized by integrity, respect and honesty towards all Stakeholders as well as the adoption of professional and ethical behaviors.
doValue considers essential to develop a relationship with its Stakeholders, which is based on constant and proactive dialogue.
Dialogue, Transparency, Fairness, Respect, Engagement: the principles of the Charter of Values that should inspire relationships and behaviors and actively contribute to the creation of a more inclusive and sustainable future.
The Charter of Values, addressed to all Stakeholders: shareholders, investors, employees, customers, institutions, associations and communities, was realized in collaboration with FEduF - Fondazione per l’Educazione Finanziaria e al Risparmio.
