Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
From a DEI perspective, our purpose is to enjoy diversity within doValue Group, promoting a respectful environment where everyone can bring their authentic selves to work, with special focus on Gender, Disability, Generation and Multiculturalism.
Our DEI Council works every day to create a workplace that leverages diversity and nurtures an inclusive culture to support individual and organizational growth
We have recently introduced a solid training program across the Group addressing topics related to Diversity and Inclusion.
Concerning “Attention to People” pillar of the 2021-2023 Sustainability Plan, the Group has set itself specific objectives in the D&I area and in 2022 we have achieved the following targets:
- launch of specific programmes and activities aimed at strengthening the culture of inclusion and valuing diversity
- launching a group-wide D&I awareness and education campaign
Among our priorities, education about unconscious bias has a special relevance, since it helps to understand how they influence behaviors, and the actions that are needed to help counter bias in our work environment.
For years we have been supporting members of “Valore D”, the first Italian National Association that promotes Gender Diversity and Inclusion within companies.
The Equality Opportunity Plan in place in several countries, favors an inclusive workplace and has adopted a protocol that guarantees an environment free of disputes and inconvenience (Harassment Prevention Protocol).
